With the Mayor and the City, it is imperative that these same philanthropists and mission-based investors set an example of collaboration for the country and world by providing housing in Los Angeles; in service of creating a more equitable experience for all citizens; in unlocking the potential for everyone who calls Los Angeles home.

We welcome all ideas and innovative solutions to address the affordability crisis in Los Angeles. There is not one-solution but rather multiple solutions that need to be lifted to address the varying needs of individuals, communities and financing opportunities. We are partnered with the California Community Foundation, with seed financing from the Hilton Foundation, and others to support and fast track LA4LA’s key initiatives.
